Kids don’t go around stabbing each other because they closed the local youth centre, because the park isn’t fun, because they’re bored, because they grew up in a deprived area or because they “fell in to” the wrong crowd. They do it because they are little shits, with bad parents that don’t bring their children up properly, if at all.
